I’m sitting here, trying to wiggle my toes. I’m sure they are down there somewhere, I just can’t feel them.
It hasn’t been above 2 degrees in 3 days now — the snow is still there. I thought snow was meant to act as an insulator, but it’s frickin’ freezing in my room. I’m wearing a wooly jumper, 2 pairs of socks, slippers and gloves.
So, to get away from the cold, it’s now time for something completely different. Sunny, balmy, land-of-the-eternal-barbecue… Australia!
Join Bruce the Australian Surfer & Rodeo Rider on this, the fifth and final (for now!) penis monologue.
Right now I’m in the middle of raiding, waiting for some person with a broken computer to come back online. The joy of massively-multiplayer online gaming. The constant logistical nightmare of organising a guild of 150 people. Trying to keep 20 different nationalities playing together nicely and assuage the tensions caused by different religions, national holidays and ways of life.
Oh, he’s back online. Back to the grind!

I can only begin to imagine what continental American coldness is like… I think it’s like European, only about 10 degrees colder.
I’m glad you liked the accent… I think we just have a few ‘guest appearances’ left for the penis monologues now. And the gag reel.

i love gag reels!!! hehe, sometimes that is my favorite thing to watch in a movie.
it was negative 20 yesterday…..continental coldness is plain old cruel

@ Maddie – I think the thing I loved most about Toy Story franchise were the ‘out takes’ at the end… man, they were hilarious; just such great attention to detail, for an animated film
Maddie

I appreciate that animated films go that extra distance. It was very clever of them. The disney movie bloopers are always cute. I used to act and I have a blooper reel that I’m on and it’s one of my favorite things to watch ever=)

You’re not going to get away without now digitising it and giving me a YouTube link for that gag reel…
Pleeease?
(I still act — it’s great! What made you stop?)

I wish I still acted! I had so much fun!!! I just don’t have the time for it now. I also used to teach choir…which I loved, but I quit so I could study vocal performance. Wow, I’m a nerd. I will hopefully get back to the stage soon. It’s my favorite place to be. No youtube videos….not yet anyways. The tape is at my parents home in Colorado. I won’t be visiting them for quite a long time.
What have you acted in lately? Do you like musicals too or just plays?
sebastian
Feb 5, 2009
I’m a complete musical geek… Complete! I enjoy plays (and ‘real’ acting) too though; I just don’t watch as much straight theatre, sadly.
So, let me guess, you’ve played, or wanted to play, Maureen in Rent? Or perhaps Mimi…
Oh, and I’ve not acted in anything serious — I normally just get roped into local charity things, or comedy skits that my friends have put together
Maddie
Feb 5, 2009
Ahhh! No way! Yes, Rent would be fun to be in. I saw it on Broadway and fell in love with it all. I love Mimi! I’ve been Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Snoopy in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, The Baker’s Wife in Into The Woods…..just to name a few. Oh, and Rocky Horror Picture Show. Loved that. I love it so much. My parents wouldn’t let me study theater in college though, they didn’t think it was a very promising career path. They are a lawyer/CEO and an accountant. Fun, huh?
What is your favorite musical?
Mine is She Loves Me….it’s kinda got the same storyline as You’ve got Mail.

Feb 5, 2009
Now you’re into blog-entry type questions…! I will write more about my love of musicals soon, don’t worry!
My favourite changes from year to year. So far it’s been ‘My Fair Lady’, ‘Guys & Dolls’, ‘Jekyll & Hyde’, ‘West Side Story’… I like a lot of them, really!
I forget that in America you need fairly sizable backing to go to a proper university… here in England you can pretty much do whatever you want, at any university of your choosing (assuming they have space, and you meet their standards).
You were Snoopy? That’s pretty cute… I’ve seen Rent on Broadway too!
Maddie
Feb 5, 2009
Snoopy was by far my fave. The cast was so wonderful and the sets were gigantic! I look forward to reading more blog entries regarding theater. I saw Sweeney Todd (on a horrible date) this year. It’s rare to find guys who are into musical theater I think. And you are six foot five…damn it Sebastian…why aren’t you here in America?!?!!!!
What did you get a degree in at University? Is it only a three year thing there or does it last four years like it does in America?

Sorry; everyone knows that all the nice boys are in other countries. Most girls firmly believe that about 90% of their native boys are dickwads. Sad but true. But yes, I am tall… I can’t deny that.
There is a reason a guy is often considered gay if he likes musical theatre… it’s usually true
So yes, finding a straight guy that loves musical theatre is pretty damn rare. I don’t think I’ve met another yet…
I have a degree in computer games & internet technology.
Maddie
Feb 5, 2009
Your degree is in computer GAMES? That sounds fun!
I think you may have pulled that statistic right out of your ass.
Perhaps I’m looking on the wrong continent for a man? Hmm…
Also, are you aware that 20sb is having a little love letter contest? I think you should submit our little rhyming series. Haha.
sebastian
Feb 5, 2009
Well, we could always stretch it out, and clean it up a little (and I don’t mean make it less dirty). I don’t know if joint entries are allowed though… But surely it’s more romantic and real if it’s an ACTUAL love letter, featuring two people?!
I did pull it out of my ass, but I’ve met a lot of girls, from lots of different countries, and very few seem to say ‘I can’t get enough of the men in my country’…
Maddie
Feb 5, 2009
That’s not something I would say to any guy, but I just can’t get enough men…period.
Lets look into that love letter thing. You can start it off and then e-mail it to me or something and I’ll continue it. That would certainly win for originality! No two other bloggers will submit a joint love letter…I don’t think.
Ok, I need to go shower. Go play with yourself or something. How was that last night by the way? Or start on the love letter=)
sebastian
Feb 5, 2009
I’m trying to put the finishing touches on an updated ‘about me’ page actually! No time for playing with myself. Plus, not enough external stimulus at the moment…
I’ll have a wee thinky about the love letter
